How do I find my ring size?

We ask that you visit an establishment such as Walmart or any jeweler who uses a “standard” sizer. Other jewelers use wide sizers that are not compatible with our rings. Verify your size to the nearest quarter size. For example, if a 10 is too tight and 10.5 is too big, we recommend ordering a 10.25.

What ring sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes 6-16 in our stainless steel rings with some styles ranging as low as 5 and as high as 17 in quarter-size increments. For our titanium rings, we offer sizes 6-16 in half-size increments.

Can I resize my ring?

Unfortunately, we are unable to resize rings so we recommend following our ring sizing information to ensure you receive a ring that fits well.

What is a “gold-fired” ring?

Our “gold-fired” rings are stainless steel or titanium rings that have been heated to a certain temperature for a particular length of time where the metal takes on a honey-gold color. “Gold-firing” is not permanent and will wear off over time if not taken care of.

What types of metals are the rings made from?

All of our rings are hypoallergenic and made from stainless steel or titanium.

How big are the emblems and what kinds do you offer?

Our emblems are typically 9/16” or about 13.5-14.5 mm. We offer “die-struck” emblems, similar to a coin, that are colorless, durable, and with enhanced detail and soft or hard-baked enamel for those who prefer color.

Do you make custom Lodge emblems?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer services for custom Lodge emblems.

Please package your ring in an envelope, a small box, or wrapped tightly in bubble wrap and placed into a cardboard envelope. Please send us your Tracking Number to john@jemsbyjem.com (we are not liable for lost or missing merchandise shipped by the buyer).
As soon as we receive your ring, you will be notified by the email or phone number you listed in the Reconditioning Form upon Checkout as well as, an expected completion date of your reconditioning. Upon completion of your ring’s reconditioning, we will notify you when your ring has shipped.
